Night Section 5

Well this section of the book I did not like very much. I think that Elie got very lucky when his doctor ended up being jewish. I also can not believe that he decided to leave, even with the bad foot. I am sure that he will have problems with his foot in the future. I was also suprised when the prisoners were given thicker clothes. I did not understand why they had to clean their blocks before they left.

Night Section 4

Section 4 in "Night" was very interesting. Elie has changed so much since the beginning of the book. He doesnt even move when his father is getting beat up. He got mad at his father for not getting out of Ideks way, that would make me mad if someone did that. Its not like his dad had any control over that. Elie also conives his way out of not getting his tooth out, for a while. He says he is sick and the dentist grants him a few days. They dentist is then caught stealing the gold and never seen again. One of the guards then notices the gold and quickly has it removed. I would be very mad if that was me. It would also be very painful, a rusty spoon was used. I also didnt like how he had to watch the hangings.

Night Section 2

The book is beginning to become more clear to me now that we are further into it.I think I would have went crazy if I had to listen to the lady scream all night!I probably would have delt with it for a while then just snapped.I would have really freaked out when they arrived at the camp and actually did see fire.It would be a very scary thing to see after the lady going crazy about fire.I do not know what I would do if I had to go to a camp like that. My first instinct would be to try to escape, but if anyone is found missing everyone dies.I am not sure what I would do, I guess I would have to be put in that position,which I hope I never am.

Night Section 1

The book Night is a very interesting book.It has started way different than I expected.I do not understand why the main charactures family got to leave last.I do not understand why they are leaving at all.What would happen if they didnt leave? Why did they pack their valuables if they just left them in the streets and yards? Couldnt they have found a place to hide? I dont understand why no one listened to Moche the beadle. This book is very interesting but a little bit confusing.There are a lot of questions that I have about this book.
